REST TO REIMAGINE 2025{WAITING LIST}

Join us for a solstice of rest and joyful reimagination at the serene and peaceful Watamu, along the Kenyan coast! We will spend time recovering our capacity to dream and rest; re-imagining what the self is beyond individual and system-caused traumas; and reimagine ourselves and our world with guidance from the elements, our ancestors, and like-minded peers on the same journey of reimagining a new equitable world and their holistic selves!

We are infinitely more than what we do and the ways we produce labour under capitalism.
Our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits deserve deep rest, and this solstice is a beautiful time to consider and begin new and sustainable ways of living that are not defined by eternal desperation, endless hustle, and chronic burnout.

Rest To Reimagine will embrace a multi-dimensional approach to healing work, individually and in groups, guided by 2 experts who focus on different areas of our bodies and lives:

Adeola Aderemi - Yoga Therapist and Reiki Healer - Adeola’s sessions will be geared toward bringing us back into our bodies in love and radical acceptance, and exploring what we want our future relationships with ourselves to look like.

Yema Ferreira - Psychotherapist and Holistic Life Coach - Yema’s approach will unearth the limiting beliefs holding us back in our lives, careers, and ambitions, and guide us towards new ways rooted in freedom.
